Order Cancellation Overview

At Blazgo, we strive to provide a curated selection of clothing designed for your everyday style and confidence. We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the timeframe and process for canceling an order before it enters our shipping network.

Cancellation Window

To ensure fast delivery to our customers in the United Kingdom, we begin processing orders quickly. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Before Processing: If your request is received within the 24-hour window and before the 1-3 business day processing period has concluded, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.
  • After Processing/Shipment: Once an order has been processed or handed over to our shipping partners for its 6-12 business day journey, we are unable to cancel the shipment. In this case, you will need to follow our standard 30-day return process after the item arrives.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

Once a cancellation is confirmed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Since we offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, there are no shipping fees to recoup during a pre-shipment cancellation.

Address Corrections

If you do not wish to cancel but simply need to correct a shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the order has been processed for shipment to your UK destination, we cannot redirect the package.
